For example if you usually wear a size M, select a size L.
How to use

1. Start at the Neck: Pull the cap down around your neck like a scarf.
2. Set the Front: Lift the front band to your hairline. Note: Keep it gentle to avoid pressure marks on your forehead.
3. Tuck the Hair: Pull the back up and tuck your hair inside the pouch.
4. Lock the Seal: Roll the back wire down tight, then pinch the ends together to create a waterproof seal.
